Please tell us your name, how to reach you, what happened and any documents or receipts you have. We will look into it and reply to you.
2. Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE)
Nepal's regulator for foreign employment accepts complaints about licensed agencies. File directly at dofe.gov.np.
3. Foreign Employment Tribunal
For formal legal complaints, Nepal's Foreign Employment Tribunal hears recruitment-related cases.

We handle complaints in confidence. We will not retaliate against a worker who files a complaint in good faith.
