Power Support Employment

Ethical recruitment

Fair, transparent, worker-first

Foreign work is a big decision for a family. These are the rules we follow so that you know what to expect and what to refuse.

Why it matters

Many Nepali workers face inflated fees, false job promises, confiscated passports or unpaid wages. Our commitment is to run Power Support Employment Pvt. Ltd. in line with the Foreign Employment Act 2007 and to put worker welfare first.

The DOFE service-charge limit

The Government of Nepal sets a maximum service charge that agencies may collect from workers. The limit differs by country and is updated from time to time. Check the current schedule on dofe.gov.np or ask us.

If any agency, including us, charges more than the approved limit, that is a violation. Ask for a written receipt for every payment and report an overcharge to DOFE.

Our rules

Six commitments

Fees within DOFE limits

Workers are never charged above the service-charge limits set by the Department of Foreign Employment. Every payment should come with a receipt.

Honest job information

The salary, hours, accommodation and contract length we tell you should match the employer's demand and your written contract.

You keep your documents

Passports and certificates belong to you. We do not hold originals as security, and you should refuse any employer or broker who asks to keep your passport.

Freedom of movement

Workers can end a contract and return home in line with its terms. We do not work with employers who use debt bondage or force.

Access to remedy

Our complaint procedure is public. You can also go directly to DOFE or the Foreign Employment Tribunal. No one will be punished for complaining in good faith.

No discrimination

Selection is based on skills and the job requirements, not on caste, ethnicity, religion or gender.

Fee transparency
